About Andrew
With a demonstrated history of working in the hospital and health care industry, and a member of the firm’s Health Transactions practice group, Andrew Heberling advises internal business clients on a broad range of transactional matters, as well as matters related to the 340B drug discount program and other pharmacy-specific matters. Andrew’s prior experience serving as in-house counsel at two health care systems gives him unique insights into clients’ needs. Andrew is a member of the American Health Law Association as well as the Health Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan.
Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and four children.
