Katherine Kuchan provides consulting services to clients across the nation on regulatory and compliance matters. Serving as a trusted partner to clients, Katherine assists various provider types, such as hospitals, health systems, critical access hospitals, hospices, skilled nursing facilities, inpatient rehabilitation facilities, physician practices, laboratories and pharmacies, among others, as they navigate the complex compliance landscape that governs the health care industry.

Katherine assists clients with all facets of compliance, including performing compliance program reviews and assessments, providing compliance support services and advising compliance officers and legal counsel on best practices associated with the Office of Inspector General’s (OIG) Compliance Program Guidance. In addition, Katherine provides educational resources and support to compliance officers and their compliance committees, Boards, C-suite executives, staff and physicians

As a Registered Nurse, Katherine understands her health care clients and they receive proven benefit and value because of her practical, clinical knowledge and real-life experience from working in the health care industry. On a daily basis, Katherine applies her clinical nursing knowledge to effectively interact and collaborate with her clients to maintain an effective compliance program and address potential issues in a timely and efficient manner when they arise.
