About Jennifer

With more than 25 years of health care experience, Jennifer Fry focuses her consulting practice on strategic and financial consulting services. Jennifer partners with clients to assist on a range of projects from planning to development, ensuring they are able to see the project through to fruition while remaining aligned with their strategic goals. Bringing well-rounded, industry-specific knowledge and experience, Jennifer advises clients on the strategic and financial aspects of a project or transaction and the resulting operational impacts.

Prior to joining Advisory Services, Jennifer has gained experience in various roles in the health care industry. She has extensive experience as a financial consultant and progressed through various roles from financial analyst to Chief Operating Officer of a multi-physician group, where she facilitated the sale and transition of the group. Additionally, Jennifer has served as the Chief Strategy Officer of a large hospital system where she oversaw strategic planning, business development, joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions, relationship development and physician recruitment.
