About Charles
Charles “Chad” Sukurs has dedicated his career to advising clients in health care with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, general business transactions and services, governance, hospital and physician transactions, physician alignment, physician group practices and tax exemption. As a strategic advisor to his clients, which include hospitals, doctors, physician groups, dental practices and other health care organizations, he provides dedicated industry knowledge and experience. In addition, Chad leads the Health Transactions Practice Group at Hall Render.
During his career, Chad has served on the board of directors for two not-for-profit organizations: TriMedx Foundation, an organization focused on addressing the international need for functioning medical equipment, and Life Centers, a pregnancy resource center based in Indianapolis, Indiana. He also served as in-house Chief Legal Officer for a 25-hospital Catholic regional health system, overseeing legal operations and assisting in a substantial governance overhaul.
Chad lives in Indianapolis with his wife and their three children.
