Amy Mackin advises providers regarding the negotiation of managed care contracts. Amy has particular expertise in value-based arrangements and the transition to pay-for-performance reimbursement methodologies. Such approaches include bonus programs, shared savings and/or loss arrangements and bundled payments. She has also worked with providers that are launching their own provider-sponsored health plans or co-branding plans with payors. Additionally, Amy has experience advising providers who are considering out-of-network status with one or more payors.
