About Jennifer

With almost four decades of experience within the health care industry, Jennifer Struck advises a variety of health care entities on health operations and transactions. Jennifer assists clients as they navigate health transactions and provides counsel to ensure organizations remain compliant with governmental fraud and abuse laws, including Stark Law and the Anti-Kickback Statute. Additionally, she advises clients on issues related to physician contracting and alignment.

Jennifer worked as an attorney with Hall Render prior to transitioning in-house at a large physician practice client, where she was able to maintain a collaboration with the firm throughout her 17-year tenure.

Prior to her legal career, Jennifer served over 15 years working as a nurse, focusing clinically in the intensive care and emergency departments, while also working in precertification and case management for a large commercial payer and coordinating organ donations and procurements throughout the U.S. Jennifer calls upon her medical background frequently to best serve her clients.

Jennifer is a member of the American Health Law Association and Executive Women in Healthcare. She is also active on the Board of Directors for Whitewater Valley Pro Bono Commission and is involved in local mission work through her church. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys traveling, horseback riding, boating and spending quality time with her children and large extended family.
