About Matthew

Matt Reed advises clients in the area of health plan and PBM compliance. Matt regularly assists clients as they navigate a variety of complex regulatory matters, including matters related to Medicare Advantage, surprise billing, price transparency, PBM and health plan licensure, and other reimbursement issues. Additionally, Matt has experience in assisting hospitals, health systems and pharmacies in contracting with payors, TPAs and PBMs.
