About Jemalyn
Based in the firm's Washington, D.C. office, Jemalyn Harvey focuses her practice on regulatory and compliance matters, life sciences and health care transactions. With a deep understanding of the complexities of this field, Jemalyn works with health systems, hospitals, large physician practice groups and other health care organizations to navigate a broad range of strategic and operational issues including fraud and abuse, FDA compliance and corporate governance. Additionally, she partners with clients on internal and government investigations, the development and management of compliance programs and the labeling, marketing and advertisement of pharmaceuticals, medical devices and cosmetics.
Outside of work, Jemalyn enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants and spending time with her family and friends.
