About Megan
Megan specializes in strategic and operational compliance, regularly advising clients on EMTALA, scope of practice, licensure and patient care issues. She collaborates with clients to assess and enhance compliance program operations, including reviewing and developing policies and procedures. Additionally, Megan represents providers in compliance matters and investigations, responding to inquiries from quality improvement organizations, CMS, OIG and others. Megan also provides counsel on value-based care initiatives, encompassing value-based payment models and navigating and capitalizing on the Stark and Anti-Kickback Statute value-based care flexibilities.
