About Megan

Megan Culp provides strategic, operational and compliance guidance to health care clients across the nation. She actively works with hospitals, health systems and other health care entities on a variety of operational compliance matters including compliance with Corporate Integrity Agreements, survey and licensure requirements and EMTALA. Megan offers a variety of compliance support services to clients including the development of new compliance programs, updates to existing policies and practices and the restructuring of current compliance programs. Additionally, she provides experienced analysis and advice on special regulatory issues.

Megan’s background and experience also includes telemedicine, clinical and patient care services, behavioral health and supply chain contracting. Megan consults on value-based care initiatives, encompassing value-based payment models and navigating and capitalizing on the Stark and Anti-Kickback Statute value-based care flexibilities.

In her free time, Megan is actively involved in her church community and enjoys spending time with her husband, their families and their dog.
